I’m a songwriter, author, speaker, and practical mystic whose work is devoted to helping people trust their own inner knowing and recognize the sacred hidden within everyday life.

For more than three decades, I’ve been writing songs, stories, and reflections about healing, grief, gratitude, authenticity, awakening, and the quiet ways love continues to find us. Whether through music, writing, workshops, or simple moments of connection, my intention remains the same: to offer reminders that wisdom lives within you and that life is often speaking more clearly than we realize.

My book, Practically Mystical: Stories, Songs & Signposts for the Spiritual Path, gathers many of those experiences into a collection of reflections for kindred hearts finding their own way home.
